This year was make or break for our community vineyard, in the wake of three years of poor harvests. But thanks to generous donations to fund essential equipment, kind weather and a huge effort from the vineyard’s volunteers and small team of staff we’re heading towards a bumper harvest!
This means we'll have lots of wine for you to enjoy next year, and the income will help sustain our community project. Hoorah!
Would you like to take part in this special time as a harvest helper? No experience is required, and you don't need to attend all the sessions. All you need is a willingness to get stuck in!
Harvest will begin on 18th September, taking place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings until the beginning of October.
Some companies allow staff to take a quota of volunteering days off a year. Ask your firm if this applies. We'd love you to use that time with us.
